About Drop Deck Trailers

Established in 2017, Drop Deck trailers are the trusted trailer business in the Fraser Coast region. While we are located in Urangan, we service Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gympie, Maryborough and the rest of the Fraser Coast Region. Our owner Brian has a strong history working with vehicles and trailers, having originally worked as a truck driver and having his own transport business before opening Drop Deck Trailers.

We stock a wide range of trailers including Box Trailers, Hydraulic Tippers, Cattle Trailers, Golf Buggy Trailers, Flat Bed Trailers, Boat Trailers, Builders Trailers, accessories and parts, as well as offering repairs and maintenance. We pride ourselves on our high-quality designs, with our slogan being “Built Bloody Tough” for a reason.

We are self-taught business owners, not taking an over the top “sales” approach but instead operating with the customer at the front of our mind and providing good, old fashioned quality customer service.

With every purchase, we have on-site registration and compliance, as well as a 12-month structural warranty. Whether you’re a tradie, motorcycle owner, camper or gardener, Drop Deck trailers has something that will suit your needs.

Our Process:

Having operated over the past 3 years, our team have developed a streamlined process that helps us deliver the best services to our customers.

When you arrive at our store, you’ll be greeted by one of our 3 friendly team members who will chat with you about what you’re looking for before taking you to our trailer showroom. In our showroom, you can browse our extensive range of trailers and look up close at the features to find a trailer that will truly suit your needs. One of our experienced staff members will be with you the entire time to offer professional advice to ensure you make the right purchase.

Once you’ve chosen your trailer, we either place an order or if your chosen trailer is in stock, you can walk out with it on the day. Keep in mind that any orders generally have a 3-month turnaround time which is unfortunately our of our control. Before you leave, we complete your on-site registration and testing to ensure the trailer works.
